Since the outputs and flow rates on offer aren’t the highest in the world, this combi boiler is suited to small to medium-sized homes that experience low heating and hot water demand periods. The ecoTEC Pro 24kW and 28kW are best for apartments and small houses with 1 bathroom and no more than 2 or 3 bedrooms, and the 30kW model is suitable for a slightly larger property with 1 bathroom, 3 to 4 bedrooms and possibly an ensuite too.
