Simple to install, maintain and service, the Potterton Assure Heat can be considered for a range of property types and sizes because it is available in multiple heating outputs. That said, it’s probably only going to be a good option if your home already has a traditional heating and hot water system – unless you’re happy to pay extra for a loft tank, hot water cylinder and tank that can maintain the central heating system water level.
Although it’s a fairly straightforward model with basic controls and a few good features, it will help to lower your energy costs and reduce your carbon footprint. The boiler is also reasonably priced and won’t look out of place in your home because it’s quite small and has a slimline design.
