Vokera’s Mynute VHE is a condensing open vent boiler that can be purchased with a 15kW or 20kW output.

The smaller of the two boilers boasts extremely small dimensions that measure 640mm (H) x 340mm (W) 340mm (D), meaning it can be sited in a standard kitchen cupboard. Since the 20kW model is physically larger at 740mm (H) x 400mm (W) x 340mm (D), it can’t be installed in a tight space. Although a central heating only boiler range, both models can supply you with domestic hot water as long as you connect them to a separate water cylinder.

Fully compliant with the ErP (Energy-related Products) Directive, the Vokera Mynute VHE is an A-rated boiler with an energy efficiency rating of 89%. It features an anti-cycling control to reduce on/off cycling, which helps to not only boost efficiency but reduce fuel costs. This model is also an Energy Saving Trust endorsed appliance that is compatible with a wide range of optional accessories including Vokera’s accredited Zenith solar thermal collectors to make the boiler even more efficient.

Mynute VHE Technology and Main Advantages

The Mynute VHE has horizontal, vertical and rear flue options, along with top and bottom pipe connections for increased siting flexibility. It features a smart control panel that can actually set itself or be adjusted to maximise end-user comfort, as well as built-in frost protection to eliminate the risk of frost damage.

There is a radical heat exchanger that utilises an extruded aluminium alloy to prevent scaling and an anti-seize function to ensure the pump does not stick when the boiler isn’t in use. Mynute VHE boilers are ideal for homes with a low demand for heating and hot water, as well as properties that don’t have enough loft space for a water tank. You will need a separate sealed water cylinder if you don’t already have one, which should easily fit inside your airing cupboard.
