Formed in January 2010 in Sleaford, Lincolnshire, Excian M&E Services Ltd promise high-quality design, installation and maintenance services for any mechanical project. They have participated in numerous commercial, retail and industrial projects for the Ministry of Defence, Education and private companies. They provide electrical services including distribution and general power, fire alarm systems, CCTV, access/security control, BMS, voice/data telecommunications, containment systems, earthing and bonding. Mechanical works they undertake are boiler and radiator installation and repairs, fan coil, heat pumps, plant rooms, underfloor heating, air conditioning and ventilation. They are NICEIC, Gas Safe and OFTEC registered, thus providing a one stop shop for energy metering. They also have their own design and build service, backed up by CAD drawing services, project management and reactive maintenance.
