You can expect to pay around £922.91 including VAT and excluding installation for a Vokera Mynute 35HE System Boiler.
Vokera’s Mynute 35HE is a high-efficiency system boiler with fairly small dimensions that measure 708mm (H) x 450mm (W) x 358mm (D).
Although not small enough to fit in a kitchen cupboard, this appliance can be sited in tight areas of your home. It’s actually a central heating only boiler but can provide you with hot water when installed alongside a water cylinder. Furthermore, the Mynute 35HE features an extremely high modulation ratio to boost fuel efficiency.
With a heat output of 35kW, this system boiler is a good option for medium to large homes with multiple bathrooms. It will set you back around £922.91, and a healthy 5-year parts and labour warranty is included in the price.
The Mynute 35HE from Italian boiler brand Vokera is a SEDBUK A-rated system boiler with an official energy efficiency rating of 89%. Its high modulation ratio allows the boiler to modulate down in line with your household’s requirements, which not only increases efficiency and component longevity but also helps to slash your energy bills. It will save you up to 30% as it comes but can achieve a further 10% if you decide to install the boiler with an optional outside weather sensor or OpenTherm control. And if you want to protect the environment and get some free energy at the same time, you can choose to use the Mynute 35HE with Vokera’s Zenith solar thermal collectors.
This feature-rich system boiler has built-in frost protection to eliminate frost and cold weather damage, along with an anti-cycling control to improve appliance performance. There is an anti-seize function to stop the pump from sticking when the boiler is inactive and a fully recyclable aluminium heat exchanger to provide superior thermal transfer.
As noted above, the Vokera Mynute 35HE has an incredibly high modulation ratio that will act in accordance with the requirements in your home. For example, if you only need 15kW of power, the boiler will modulate itself down and adapt its output to this exact amount, rather than provide you with more than is needed. As a result, you’ll save energy and reduce your energy bills.
Since the boiler can be installed with a vertical or horizontal flue, it can be sited virtually anywhere in the home – something you may find beneficial if you’re tight on space. It has a traditional interface, and you also have the option to use an optional clock/programmer with this unit to enable direct control of central heating timings.
System boilers, like the Mynute 35HE, are generally best suited to larger properties that don’t have enough space for a feed and expansion tank. It will, however, require a separate water cylinder. This 35kW model from Vokera is perfect for medium to large properties with up to 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms and around 20 radiators. Basically, it’s a good option for homes with a higher demand for heating and hot water. Please be aware that this information is to be used as a guide, and you must seek advice from a Gas Safe engineer to make sure this boiler will satisfy your needs.

Suitable for the slightly more spacious home, the Mynute 35HE is an affordable boiler that is LPG (liquefied petroleum gas) compatible and needs to be installed with a cylinder if you want a hot water supply. It has also been designed for easy installation, so it won’t take your engineer all day to fit it and get it working.
Even though this appliance sounds impressive and can help you save energy and money, it doesn’t have the best customer rating we’ve ever seen. With this in mind, we suggest you do further research and get a second opinion from a qualified engineer to determine whether the Mynute 35HE is the best solution for your home.
As always, we recommend you compare boiler quotes from only Gas Safe registered engineers and ask for a fixed price when obtaining prices. This way, you won’t run into any problems further down the line and you will avoid any hidden charges and extra fees. You can find out whether an engineer is registered to work safely and legally on gas appliances by viewing their ID card or checking their registration number via the Gas Safe Register website.
