The Biasi Advance Plus 7 System ERP offers the same features and technology as the combi model but it differs in that it heats the water via an internal heat exchanging coil within a cylinder.
It’s a compact wall hung boiler that measures 700mm (H) x 400mm (W) x 290mm (D) and comes in two different output options of 25kW and 30kW. This model also boasts intuitive controls and the latest in intelligent gas boiler technologies.
Suitable for most homes, the Advance Plus 7 System has a standard 7-year parts and labour warranty and a price tag that ranges between £607.50 and £659.00.
Economical to run, this model has an efficiency rating of 92% and is SEDBUK A rated for heating efficiency. It comes complete with weather compensation, which requires an optional outside temperature probe to enable the boiler to automatically adjust the temperature in line with outside temperatures. So, when the reasonably priced probe is attached to the Advance Plus 7 System, you’ll not only minimise the amount of energy you waste but also save more money on your fuel bills.
Biasi’s Advance Plus 7 System includes many special features, such as built-in frost protection to stop the boiler from freezing during the winter months, along with a component anti-seizure routine that reduces the risk of the components seizing when the unit is inactive. It’s also equipped with cutting edge quad processor technology, which enables the boiler to operate when there is a fault or interruption to the gas supply.
This model comes with easy to use controls and a clear LCD display so that you can always control your heating temperature. A twin channel programmer can be wired to the boiler so that you can add a simple on/off control if preferred. Not forgetting the built-in weather compensation that helps to improve end-user comfort.
Available in two outputs including 25kW and 30kW, this model is a good choice for properties with more than one bathroom and homes that need a constant supply of hot water to multiple taps at the same time. You don’t need a tank with this one, so it’s also ideal if you have little or no loft space. As a general rule, the higher your demand for heating and hot water, the higher the output you’ll require. To ensure you pick the right output, you must ask a Gas Safe engineer to take a look at your home and assess your typical heating and hot water usage habits.
